This means we are able to find the best lender to suit your needs and if you have a ‘quirky' situation we may be able to find a lender who will say yes when others say no! We often have access to exclusive rates and there are some lenders who will only allow you to access their rates through an intermediary (that's us) so we believe that advice is crucial when buying a property and for that reason we do not charge advice fees. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.We do not charge a fee for mortgage advice however we will receive commission from the lender.
