Modern Consulting offers quantity surveying services for subcontractors on a plan by plan basis. We can complete take-off for standard residential and high-end architectural homes through to commercial projects. No job too big or too small. We also have capacity for extracting quantities from 3D models for those larger scale commercial projects that may come in from time to time.Our measurement package includes both the m2 measured and a markup of the areas measured, with colour coded legend included for more complex projects. We turn around all measures within 3-5 days, however we can accommodate urgency where required.
