Modern Day Health Care LLC (MDHC) was founded in April of 2018. MDHC's unique health care model was inspired and designed based around the well known need for more efficient, effective, convenient, affordable and easily accessible health care. Using modern technology, MDHC providers and staff are specialized in the delivery of virtual video visits or eVisits. We can deliver care to anyone in the states of South Dakota and Iowa with additional states coming soon! The most unique service we offer at MDHC is the in-home house call visit. When needed a patient can request a house call visit in which the Nurse Practitioner and/or the Registered Nurse will come to the patients location. Another very important concept to share about MDHC is that we offer Advanced Practice Nurse providers the tools to operated independently without the overhead of an office and without having to worry about the business management aspects of running and operating a clinic. MDHC's contractual partnership with APN providers allows practitioners to do what they love - focus on providing exceptional care to their patients.
