After the acquisition, the president and the chairman of ModMyLLC, Kyle Matthews, was replaced by the new director of ModMy.com, Dennis Bednarz, who now leads the website as a Managing Editor, the Cydia repository as the Repository President and the YouTube channel as the Media Director.
