MCS is a prefab foundation wall and footing construction company based out of Denver Colorado. The walls are energy efficient, they replace concrete, and come with: R 16.5 insulation, stud framing, a top plate, and a vapor barrier. These walls and footers save time, are cost-effective, and are a green solution to concrete.This product has been around for over 12 years and 900 homes and counting have already been built with these walls. We are excited to launch this product into the Colorado market and work with builders, large and small, to increase their efficiency in building homes.
