OnePoint specializes in working with not-for-profit senior living and care providers in creating and executing a future state strategy (also sometimes referred to as a master plan). We provide for a unique confluence of market, strategic, financial, and capital expertise, as well as deep experience and expertise in project master planning, project management, design, and development. This enables us to partner with our clients as a full-service advisor or owners representative: strategic advisor, financial and capital advisor, and development advisor.
