Mark and Donna Molin founded My Assistant LLC in 1993 when they saw the growing need for administrative and bookkeeping services for small businesses who couldn't afford the full time help of an additional employee. By offering part time services, these businesses would have all of their bookkeeping needs met by Certified Public Bookkeepers (CPB) at an affordable cost. Since its inception, My Assistant LLC has catered to a variety of small businesses including retail shops, general contractors, luxury real estate developers, service industries, and non-profits. Through their 20 years of experience, Mark and Donna have multiple certifications, and are currently the only CPB firm on Long Island. Services are offered on-site or off-site at their office on Shelter Island.
