Momentum Mental Health was established in 1996 under the name of Toowoomba Clubhouse. Over the years, the service has evolved and is now leading the way in contemporary mental health and wellbeing programs.Our coaching style uses a strength-based approach to help you build capacity, confidence and get you back in the driver's seat of your own wellbeing and recovery.The team at Momentum are passionate about recovery and wellbeing. We make access to the service simple so you can start reaching your goals and improving your wellbeing.Our particular focus on prevention is testament to our determination to show there is a better way.
