The Croinor deposit is hosted by the synvolcanic Croinor Sill. It holds interest in the Simkar Gold property, located over 20 kilometers east of Val-d'Or, in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The property includes over two mining concessions and approximately 15 claims covering an area of over fiver square kilometers. It has interest in the Regcourt Gold property, which is located at the eastern end of the Val-d'Or gold mining camp.
