The Monash Public Library Service provides access to educational and recreational resources in print, online, and through a range of regular programs and activities, to its thousands of users. The Monash municipality is served by five library branches, located at Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley, Wheelers Hill, Oakleigh and Clayton respectively.The City of Monash is one of Melbourne's most populous municipalities, with around 172,000 residents.
