The MonCasa Asset Living Fund I, a RRSP and TFSA eligible mutual fund trust is available to Accredited and Eligible Investors. This ownership structure provides a tax efficient vehicle for financing property acquisitions and provides members access to a collection of vacation properties and experiences they never imagined possible.
