Mongolian human resource institute have established in 15th of September 2006. Mongolian Human Resource Institute is a Non-Government Organization who aims to implement the International management experience of the Human Resource policy into Mongolian market and processing Mongolian-based management through developing accurate policy of Human resource as well as providing specific training seminar related with HR and make appropriate research work related with Labor market. MHRI shall have implemented the main activities as follows:• To organize special training seminar within about individuals personal skill and development, consulting service, research report and other related activities which are dedicated for senior management and HR managers of the organization;• Supporting the variable options which are dedicated to make relationship with domestic and international HR organizations• Making the Human Resource Development Program draft; to be introduced by authorities• To protect Human Resource employee's interest in the domestic or international market• Issuing the professional certificate through Human Resource management • To create integral database of the HR• Making appropriate research work which related with HR and its development project with foreign and domestic investment,• Providing HRM- related report to customers timely through Human Capital- head press of MHRI,
