Monkeys Resort is located in the southern region of the wave rich Telo Islands, Indonesia where there is an abundance of high-quality waves to suit all levels of surfers from beginners to experienced or professional. "Monkeys" is the go to wave in the area because of its consistency and its appeal to all levels. It is the swell magnet for the region so if there's no swell at Monkeys, there's unlikely to be any swell anywhere. On the Monkeys point, there are 4 right hand breaks: Monkeys, Coffins, New School and Outer Monkeys. When a medium swell is running all 4 breaks will be pumping.Monkeys Resort is a full service resort, offering an amazing boutique surf experience. The resort consists of four huge luxury beachfront villas with large balconies overlooking "Monkeys". Each villa has large ceiling fans for a beautiful natural breeze while you sleep at night, but also air conditioning when you need that extra comfort during the heat of the day. All villas have decks on the front and back, so you can take in the beautiful sunrises in the morning from the front, and sunsets out back each night. The villas can easily be reconfigured for a family, with a king bed and two king single beds. Our delicious meals are prepared by one of the most experienced chefs in the Telos, Max, who knows what hungry surfers expect every day! The cuisine is a combination of local Indonesian culinary delights with some of the best Western style meals.Getting to the waves each day has never been more comfortable. The Monkeys Resort speedboat is powered by 2×250 horsepower engines, ensuring you get to your destination quickly and smoothly. Our surf package consists of unlimited surfing! Jump on one of the 2 resort speed boats to one of a dozen breaks within a short boat ride of Monkeys Resort or surf our namesake wave Monkeys a super fun right hander at our front door. To optimise your experience at Monkeys Resort we have limited the number of surfers at the resort to 12.
