In the quest to find a path of self-knowledge, joy, and nurturing the spirit, we decided to create Monky Temple. A multicultural yoga space that allows us to share experiences and learning from different parts of the world.Monky Temple is mainly inspired by the spirituality that is felt in the daily life of Bali and its beautiful landscapes that remind us to continue on the path of peace and inner knowledge. That is why year after year I return to this paradise.I learned the foundations and bases of this discipline in Mexico, and later, I sought greater understanding of the origins, roots and authenticity of yoga in India. I strengthen and challenged our body in Thailand; and finally for 6 years I have shared the knowledge in Dubai as a professional teacher.Today, we want to continue growing, sharing and learning with you in this space.WELCOME to Monky Temple.
