Every detail is meticulously designed creating a new style of Georgian luxury. The hotel features 36 individually designed rooms with breathtaking views over Freedom Square and the narrow streets of Old Tbilisi. The hotel contains three Food and Beverage outlets as Sominee Fine Dining Restaurant, Japanese Cuisine Lounge, and The Rooftop Terrace of Monograph. Sominee is a new interpretation of traditional Georgian cuisine, adding classic and non-classic seasonal items, to contain the traditional taste of different regions. We intend to create a new culinary story for everybody to enjoy in a very elegant and classic environment, by adopting modern techniques to the local cooking, retaining the virtues of simplicity, and focusing on local and seasonal differences of Georgia. Monograph's Lounge is a Japanese cuisine Restaurant, beautifully designed with Levan Songulashvili's artwork. A modern interpretation of Asian cuisine is a unique experience for gourmet enthusiasts. A lounge bar with Innovative cocktails, old-fashioned classics, and special blends with some of the finest beverages and Georgian ingredients are offered in a comfortable and luxurious setting. The Rooftop Terrace is a fusion of international cuisines creating a special style and taste in addition to fascinating rooftop sights and views on historical buildings of Tbilisi.
