We work with agents, MSP's, and business's to help them concentrate on core competencies as we work to facilitate sourcing and procurement. Shortening sales cycles so agents/MSP's can get paid earlier, clients realize an roi faster with a greater speed to market for their products.By helping clients choose long term partners not the supplier of the day, Agents, MSP's, and the client benefit. We helped a school source and install broadband internet in under 5 days. Resulting in students moving to a new building with no loss in technology or adjusted teacher learning plans. A software company put in fiber in a private airport allowing them to continue to stay close to key customers with additional redundancy and allowance for future growth from current and new products.A MSP partner source and have fiber built into a remote industrial manufacturing site for the US division of a new client. The build was complex for a single circuit. A few difficult calls were had only internet connection went out and production halted for hours while the new circuit was under installation. Now with the right diversity, from technology to carrier to internet pop, my partners client doesn't field calls on why a large facility sits idle. The discussion in the echo system has shifted to a positive direction on how to increase customer satisfaction internally and externally.
