Monster Transcription is a transcription company that specializes in radiology, cardiology, oncology, legal, personal and veterinary transcription. Additionally, Monster is experienced in voice recognition editing and review as well.Additionally, in 2009, Monster tested the waters doing remote clerking operations for teleradiology. We still master this skill and have become extremely proficient in:Creating/verifying radiology orders from multiple facilities/organizations.Distributing and tracking results.Managing PACS/RIS.Virtual reception for clients. Monster was formed in April of 2007. Along with providing transcription services, Monster Transcription has also been involved in the business of providing remote operations for preparing studies in the field of teleradiology. We can now remotely reconcile/verify images on your PACS with the orders in RIS; communicate with your clients for missing paperwork/faxes or coordinate prior studies among other things as part of a remote customer service-based detail in TeleRAD. We can decrease your need to hire full time or part time staff reducing your cost of benefits and/or HR headaches. This system has been proven to be efficient over the past several years.
