Monster Vineyards came to life in 2006 with the release of its first vintage. The Monster wines are getting a new home this year with the upcoming completion of the new wine making facility and tasting room at 1010 Tupper Avenue, Penticton, BC. The prime location of the new Monster Vineyards tasting room makes it one of the first destination wineries on the famous Naramata Bench winery route. It is the perfect beginning or end to a leisurely day of wine tasting. If you are curious for a sneak peak of Monster's new home, Monster Vineyards was recently featured on the reality TV series Saw Dogs, a show inspired by the lives and adventures of professional, international chain saw carvers. The Monster Saw Dogs episode followed master chainsaw carvers in their process to create a one of a kind tasting bar for the new winery. Made from stunning California Redwood, the tasting bar has served as inspiration for the design of the new tasting room. The two monster heads that flank the bar have fondly been named Oggie and Poggie. Join Oggie, Poggie and the Monster Vineyards tasting room team this summer as they release the beasts for you to play with. Monster wines are fun, feisty and ready for summer!
