Environmental Services - Roberts, Montana, United States
A number of health professionals in Montana had been active for several years on issues regarding air pollution and climate change from a public health viewpoint, but acting independently. In 2018, we decided to combine our efforts and invite other concerned Montana health professionals to join and participate. All types of health professionals and their patients and communities are affected by climate change, so this group is open to public and environmental health professionals, health care practitioners (nurses, doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, midwives), allied health care fields, veterinarians, and alternative health practitioners. We hope to increase awareness amongst Montanans of this significant issue that threaten the health of our patients, wildlife, and communities in Montana.
