Kayla holds business degrees from Montana State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Montana. A champion horsewoman in jumping competitions, skijoring, and rodeo events, Kayla is a former Miss Rodeo Montana who continues to show competitively in multiple-breed world championship events. In her free time, she volunteers to coach youth equine events, is President of the Miss Northwest Montana Rodeo program, and Treasurer of the Montana Legacy Project. When she's not in the office or on horseback, you might find her in the mountains enjoying the great outdoors.
