Monte Rosa Capital specialises in acquiring partial stakes or the entire share capital of longstanding and profitable owner managed businesses. We have a particular focus on owners seeking retirement. We work closely with the owner to ensure a seamless transition and ensure that his or her life's work is able to continue to prosper and grow after he or she has stepped back. We are long term investors and do not acquire businesses with a view to selling them on in the short or medium term. Our focus is solely on stable businesses; unfortunately we aren't able to consider turnaround / distressed assets.
