Montgomery & Associates, Inc., founded in 2010, is a company comprised of 14+ stormwater and construction professionals. With an extensive belief in teaming and partnering, we have been able to grow quickly and provide service to new clients, throughout California. Our staff have been appointed to the Statewide Stakeholders Committee for the Construction General Permit, and are members of the CGP Training Team, appointed by the State Water Resources Control Board to develop the QSD/QSP certification program and curriculum. We provide QSD/QSP training, and have on our staff a Trainer of Record, which helps to maintain consistent delivery of services by our staff. We provide executive training and have trained several Cal. Regional Water Quality Control Boards and Caltrans regulatory staff members. Our primary focus is to provide exceptional stormwater management services. We work through the entire process of budgeting, developing the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), inspecting the projects on our clients' behalf to ensure regulatory compliance, and filing the Notice of Termination. We conduct project risk assessments, compliance audits, customized weather monitoring/reporting, which we upload into the SWRCB's SMARTS system. We manage several NPDES MS4 programs for cities, and have represented clients during EPA audits. Our people have a combined 126 years of construction and related stormwater experience and have the expertise in uniting the two.
