Montgomery County Virginia Chamber of Commerce Details
The Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce serves Blacksburg, Christiansburg, and Montgomery County, and is located in the New River Valley of Southwest Virginia. The Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce was formed in March 2003 when the Blacksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Christiansburg-Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce merged. Mission Statement "The Mission of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce is to promote and develop a positive environment for the operation and growth of business in Montgomery County and the New River Valley." The Virginia Chamber's Board of Directors adopted a new strategic initiative plan which includes several new goals in the areas of growing membership through "partnering with local chambers." This initiative allows qualified small businesses in Virginia to have a dual membership in both their local chamber and the Virginia Chamber of Commerce. We are pleased to work closely with the Virginia Chamber of Commerce in bringing additional membership value to our Members.
