We undertake projects for new developments and refurbishments in the following sectors: residential, healthcare, commercial buildings and hotels operating in Italy and abroad. We develop projects from feasibilities studies, detail design and site supervision for architectural and structural engineering. Our organisation is registered both in Italy and in the UK (RIBA), we often work for UK and American clients that invest in Italy and we help Italian companies in overseas projects. Monti Minter employs BIM technologies in their project mainly utilising Revit Autodesk. We are happy to work in collaboration with other firms forming Joint Ventures on specific projects.
