We provide services that include pre-construction consulting, estimating, value engineering, lighting design, scheduling and permit expediting. We want to create a flourishing relationship with our clients from the first day of the conceptual idea all the way until the day we hand over the keys to the finished product!During the construction process we want our clients to be certain they can rely on us to take care of any problem that may arise. Montierre will oversee cost control, scheduling, information management, safety, and quality control to ensure the project is a success! We will create a professional, enjoyable atmosphere and experience that will be duplicated now and with future ventures!Montierre will provide our clients the confidence to know that when we handover the keys we will still be there to assist with any issues. We will be there for our clients years down the road, whether that assistance is dealing with maintenance of any fixtures, weather related issues, or issues of normal wear and tear.
