Moodarse offer a very different way of selling a property on the Costa del Sol, Spain.The key feature to those selling their homes is that we charge a fixed fee of € 5,000 including IVA for marketing and finding a buyer for their home. We insist on no fixed contract term, no exclusivity and the fee is only payable on the successful completion of the sale.This makes it an affordable option for those with lower valued properties which agents may not always be interested in marketing. It also offers potentially huge savings for those with higher value properties. Indeed, we calculated that using a traditional agent's standard fees on the average property sold on the coast in January 2018, we would have saved the seller over € 31,500 in agency fees!We are online but this does not make us a traditional online estate agency. Our professional agents visit and appraise every property we list; taking high-quality photos, write the property descriptions and upload these to our website. Our agents are also available throughout the whole process to answer any questions, offer advice and make a formal memorandum of sale when an offer is accepted. We can also recommend mortgage providers, solicitors, removals companies, builders, and interior designers if required.The benefits to the vendor do not stop at the potentially huge saving on fees.
