Moore Instructional Coaching exists to support schools in doing exactly that by servicing new teachers in underserved communities.We offer support to address the issue of teacher development, providing individual and small group support for secondary educators within their first five years in a district. Together with our district partners, we design training and support structures that improve the conditions for continuous growth across their schools. We believe that Educators need to be supported by other educators.
