Moore Pet Mobility was created to offer supplemental and alternative veterinary therapies to pets who have limited mobility as a result of injury, surgery, chronic pain and aging. The importance of an integrative approach to these conditions has been used in human medicine for some time now. Orthopedic and neurologic surgeries are followed by a period of physical therapy. Chronic pain is treated with a combination of medications and acupuncture. Geriatric patients regularly perform carefully selected exercises to maintain their strength and mobility. As a mobile service, we are able to overcome the hurdle of getting pets with limited mobility in the car and to a veterinary hospital. In-home treatments decrease these emotional and physical stressors and allow your pet to relax in the environment they are most comfortable in.
