We experienced this first hand last October when we desperately needed a cleaner to help clean our flat after a house party and before our new flatmate turned up!\\After our fruitless search we began to look at the cleaning market and the more we researched the more we realised that the domestic cleaning market is stuck in an off-line rut with existing companies offering next to no online booking, confusing terms and conditions and contractual commitments.\\We think this sucks and that is why we have both left our City jobs (Pete as a corporate lawyer and Tom as a trader) and founded Mopp - a technology led start-up bringing domestic cleaning into the 21st Century.
