The Company either has, or can call on, a comprehensive range of knowledge and expertise in the tourism sector, whether it be in providing a National perspective, in advising, operating and marketing individual Companies, and in particular in finding innovative solutions. It has a track record in the tourism sector, including proposals for and then setting up National Trade Shows for TNZ and airlines, advice to Companies specialising in digital solutions such as Bookit and I-Visit, consulting on establishing sustainable practices in Business, feasibility studies including into establishing a Chinese Miners Heritage Tourism Route for NZ, and into a tourism venture for Ngai Tahu Tourism. It has conducted tourism national and site specific consumer surveys, has advised on development, operation and marketing of successful tourism ventures from small individual businesses to multi million dollar operations, and has consulted on digital solutions including mobile solutions. The Principals have (separately and/or with other partners) managed Luxury tourism Lodges, Backpacker projects, and the single largest tourism operation in NZ at Milford Sound. The principals have extensive experience in international marketing and have travelled frequently to undertake marketing in NZ's primary International tourism markets.
