Moriah Quinn is an underwater and wildlife conservation photographer wanting to work with endangered species, with a special interest in sea turtles.Her love for photography started as the photo editor for her high school's award-winning yearbook; a position she held two years. Quinn studied Visual Journalism at Brooks Institute where she refined her photography and writing skills and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dec. 2012. While at Brooks Institute, Quinn was awarded the Lower Division Award for Visual Journalism.Her past exhibitions include Island Time: A Hawaiian Travelogue, photos from a two month long documentary trip to Hawaii, at Visions Gallery in Ventura and images in Gallery 27 in Santa Barbara. Quinn is a member of the North American Nature Photography Association (NANPA).Quinn's Photography ranges from underwater portraits & fashion, wildlife (both above and bellow water), pets, landscapes and natural history photography. As well she does short multimedia stories and videos, audio stories, photo editing and some retouching, photo books and albums, and journalism writing.Her plans are to travel around the world making photographs as well as working on conservation projects. Quinn hopes that her photographs will make a positive impact on saving endangered species and the environment.
