Newspapers - N/A, N/A, UK
Britain's trade-union backed socialist daily paper, published by the People's Press Printing Society. The paper is the successor of the Daily Worker, which was originally established in 1930 as the Communist Party of Great Britain official paper. However it converted to a reader-owned co-operative in 1945 and has operated on this basis ever since. It specialises in activist and labour movement journalism, as well as political and internationalist-oriented world news.
