MORRIS ART Gallery is dedicated to the exhibition of artwork of emerging contemporary artists. Submissions are invited and can be in the form of slides, prints, photographs, CD's, etc. (specify price, medium and dimensions) or by appointment with originals. Artwork must be judged by MORRIS ART Gallery to be appropriate and acceptable.MORRIS ART Gallery consists of one large carpeted exhibition room, (20' x 20') with 12 foot ceilings x 30 linear feet of hanging space which can be seen by visiting the gallery. There is wood paneling on two walls and large mirrors on one wall which gives an illusion of more space. There are two large show windows at street level (for the artist's use) and a two-piece bathroom. This space is located in St .Marys' renown historic "Opera House" at 14 Water Street South.MORRIS ART is primarily oriented around artists assisting with their own shows.
