We differ form your local shop or IT department at your nearest electronics store in that we are more concerned with what you want than with what we think you need.Most of our services include far more than you'll find most other places. We install free security programs if you don't have them, we'll explain to the best of our ability what is going on. We give you all of your options, not just what we think you should do. Your system won't just go on a shelf and sit until we are ready for it. While we may not get it done immediately, every system is our top priority. Most work is done within a couple of hours and often is back to you no later than the next day. We physically clean your system every time you bring it to us. We will always make sure that we only do the work you need or want. We will never do anything that increases the cost to you without discussing your options with you first. We will tell you if you don't need a service, even if it means you don't hire us to work on your system.
