Mortice Limited is the holding company of Tenon Facility Management (Tenon FM – India, UK & Singapore), and the ultimate parent company of Peregrine Guarding Private Limited (Peregrine). The Peregrine Group has been providing security services in India for more than 20 years, establishing a client base of over 1800 customers and developing a strong pan-India presence providing manned guard and CIT operations in the process. On 30 June, 2009, Mortice through Tenon Facility Management India Pvt. Ltd acquired Roto Power Projects Private Limited (Roto), a private limited company incorporated in India. Roto Power Projects Private Limited is engaged in providing mechanical and engineering maintenance services in India.Mortice Limited was incorporated in Singapore on 9 January 2008. It is the holding company of Tenon FM (Tenon), and the ultimate parent company of Peregrine Guarding Private Limited (Peregrine), the two operational companies of the Tenon Group which are based in India & UK.
