In my practice I offer an eclectic mix of Swedish, trigger point, deep pressure, and assisted stretching techniques. I will combine these techniques in order to tailor our session to your unique needs. My goal is to provide you with both stress and pain relief, while offering a luxurious experience with essential oil and hot towel add-ons complimentary with every massage.This is your time. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and secure at all times. I will check in with you throughout our time together, however if at any time you would prefer something to change, please don't hesitate to let me know. This can be in regard to amount of pressure, temperature, type of technique I am using, or anything else.
