Moss Re-skilling focuses on three areas, growing brands, growing marketers and achieving organizational alignment on change initiatives.We drive growth by facilitating cross-functional teams to develop insight-based brand strategies. While many clients immediately want to consider the external implementation of a brand strategy, we believe brand strategy must be activated internally as well. To accomplish this, we point out paths to provide brand understanding and brand-consistent behavior change throughout the organization. In order to make marketers more effective, we create and facilitate cohort-style marketing best practice training sessions, tailored to their businesses. We also mentor senior marketers and those identified in succession planning as "high potentials."We believe that employee resistance to change is an urban myth, but that changing employee attitudes and behaviors --- just like changing customer attitudes and behaviors --- requires a process, not an event. We take a marketing approach to change management, identifying internal customer segments, creating value propositions for each, working with key opinion leaders, developing appropriate messages and "media" and establishing metrics to gauge progress against a goal of strategic alignment within the organization.
