The Mosteiro de Landim opens its gates to magical & inviting gardens, a breath-taking cloister and endless smiles - the perfect location for a conference, wedding, christening, birthday party, lecture, book launch or any other event.Located in the quaint village of Landim in the North of Portugal, this beautiful Mosteiro is steeped in history and over the years it has been home to everything from the most traditional to the most modern party. The space available is made up of 3 distinct areas:- The 16th century cloister (capacity of aprox. 150 - 300 people), with a grassy central area surrounded by open column-lined corridors which are beautifully lit at night- Two large adjacent rooms (capacity of aprox. 150/180 people), one of which is covered by a unique, intricately carved wooden ceiling- The extensive 19th century gardens with their abundance of camellias, rhododendrons, azaleas and magnificent palm trees which provide a stunning backdrop for unforgettable day
