Between us we have over 20 years' experience in the catering and hospitality industry. The love of food started when Daniel attended culinary school in South Africa. After graduation and a few years experience, he worked his way up to head chef and continued to master his trade in the Cape Winelands until relocating to England. Ashley studied Events Management and worked as a front of house manager at numerous top wine estates, where she specialized in weddings and functions.We have brought this experience and the love for good quality food into Mother Hens menus where we are truly passionate about the production, presentation and service of food. As a family and team we put a high level of care into each event and meeting the expectations of our clients is our top priority. Our staff will go out of their way to make your event special.
