MOTIV does this so that they have the knowledge and the tools to Elevate themselves to self-sufficiency and a sustainable independence.Our name means both action, and the reason for actions taken. MOTIV is an agile, dynamic, international, non-profit, project management firm. There is no "E" on the end of our name because it has no purpose there, so we used it to create our "5E" ethos. Our mission is to execute projects for various partner organizations with our "5E" formula of Educating, Equipping, Empowering, Emancipating and Elevating people and communities with the greatest need.
