Rico Lamar's M.O.T.I.V.8 Fitness Systems, Mentoring, & Education (F.M.E.) is a subsidiary of M.O.T.I.V.8 Enterprises LLC. At the foundation of our work are our 8 principles that are derived from the philosophies of a variety of Marital Arts disciplines to aid in the holistic growth of the lives we serve. We aim to keep the entire family engaged in enrichment activities through the offering of a variety of age appropriate physical, mental, & spiritual activities and services that ultimately support the holistic growth of an individual. The M.O.T.I.V.8 promise is to deliver the highest level of holistic health, group and personal MMA (Mixed Martial Arts: Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling & Brazilian Jujitsu) focused training, mentoring and education. While we are an inclusive organization, we specialize in serving individuals in under served communities. We've collaborated with several corporations, school districts, nonprofits and other community organizations.
