Motivity was started by Telecommunications Agents to fill a specific need in the Master Agency space. We realized that most Agent/Master business was transactional. We would sell something and get a check. When we needed help all they did was give us an 800 number and say, "good luck." We all know that calling your channel manager does no good because they get paid to sell not to take service calls. So, we created Motivity to go that extra mile. Every order gets a Project Manager assigned. That PM watches your order through installation. We do everything we can to make sure your order goes in as smoothly as possible. Our Project Managers have weekly calls with our vendors and Google Sheets that are updated as soon as new information is available.After the sale we are there for you as well. We ask that you or your customer turn in a trouble ticket when you have an issue and turn that ticket number over to us. We monitor that ticket and make sure issues are being addressed. If we see a snag we get involved on your behalf and help address the problem. We want to take the pain of the sale away from you and let you do what you do best which of course is servicing your base and hunting for new business. If this kind of Master Agency existed there would never have been a need for us to start Motivity.
