MOTODYNAMICS SA is the official exclusive distributor for Yamaha Motor Co. Ltd in Greece, Romania and Bulgaria, Porsche AG and SIXT in Greece.The MOTODYNAMICS tradition dates back to 1969, with the introduction of Yamaha products into Greece by the company then trading as ‘Iliopoulos Bros.'. MOTODYNAMICS has been listed on the Athens Stock Exchange since 2005, and its headquarters are today located in state-of-the-art facilities in Aspropyrgos.In the 1990's, the company began its overseas operations, initially in Bulgaria and later in Romania, acquiring rights as the official importer of Yamaha Motor Co. products for both countries.To build a fully integrated range of commercial products the company has established numerous commercial agreements by which it has acquired exclusive distribution rights for a variety of prestigious commercial brands in market sectors that include boats, lubricants, tyres, and protective gear for the motorcycle rider (Continental, Alpinestars, Shark, Richa, and Selva).In 2011, MOTODYNAMICS was proud to add Porsche to its commercial operations in the Greek market. Porsche's legendary shield joined MOTODYNAMICS's range of products, with all the excitement that only the Porsche brand could possibly create.The three Porsche Centers – two in the Athens area, in Metamorphosis and Glyfada, and one in Thermi, Thessaloniki – are staffed by expert personnel and outfitted with the latest equipment. We are ready to handle the very highest demands of a brand with such an awe-inspiring history.Since December 2018, Motodynamics S.A. acquires 80,5% of Lion Rental S.A. and marks a new era for Sixt oriented to continuously improving its services and re-positioning it on the market.The organisational structure of MOTODYNAMICS has three commercial divisions: Yamaha, Porsche, Sixt and Motodiktio. The structure is completed by the three support divisions of Finance, IT and Human Resources.
