Bringing together her passion for summer and travel, owner and designer Lana Smith has produced a swimwear label for women that like to keep it simple, never straying far from the ocean. Motu, meaning little island in Polynesian, was dreamt up on the lagoons of Bora Bora, and embodies the pleasures of living simply.Why another bikini brand? We believe Motu ticks all the boxes that no other brand does. Being seamless, reversible, and adjustable, Motu Swim was born out of the desire to provide flattering bikinis to girls all over the world no matter their shape or size. Using 100% recycled post-consumer materials re-purposed into a robust and luxurious Italian nylon fabric, Motu swimsuits are not only good for our oceans, but created with extra resistance to suntan creams and oils, and chlorine, while also featuring great shape retention and an extra-soft touch.
