Mountain West Merchant Services, LLC was created because our group was tired of the same old run around in the high risk credit card processing world. We noticed a large discrepancy with the knowledge that the average merchant had about processing and the banks expectations for them. It is our goal to be an advocate for our merchants. It is our focus to educate our merchants so they are armed with the knowledge necessary to make the correct decisions in the merchant services arena. Merchants need to be educated on how the high risk space works to avoid potential headache down the road. It is our promise that at the end of your experience with Mountain West you will walk away with more knowledge and a true partner in merchant services. When it comes to our banking relationships we approach every deal we see with the same meticulous detail and search for the factors that may hold the deal up. We want to be very upfront with our banks about potential risk factors on the deal and do our part of the due diligence in an effort to ensure the bank knows the deal as well as we do and again, avoid issues down the road. Our agents are consistently impressed with the deals we are able to board even through the same banks they currently have relationships with. The only reason for that is we do our part and have built the trust with our partnerships. We are interested in getting approvals and have a very good system in place to get deals done.
