Mental Health Care - Elkins, West Virginia, United States
Mountainside ABA is an Applied Behavior Analysis company serving Winchester, VA, Randolph Co, WV, and Morgantown, WV. We aim to provide ABA services that are friendly, practical, and very positive. We want to teach all children to enjoy the learning process. We provide services in our clients' homes to ensure that skills are generalizing and families can be actively involved. We are in-network with a number of insurances in both Virginia and West Virginia. We provide services through West Virginia's early intervention program, WV Birth to Three, in Randolph Co and Morgantown. We also participate in a cooperative at the West Virginia Autism Supportive Center in Elkins, WV, providing center based services. In addition to the direct therapy children receive, the ABA Therapy team meets on a weekly, ongoing basis to review each child's goals and progress. This allows us to make objective, data-based decisions, and ensure quality implementation of all goals. We utilize tele-health technologies for supervision and staff meetings. This allows our BCBAs to flexibly provide as much supervision as possible to their team. This also allows RBTs to have meetings on a flexible schedule. Our clients' families participate in ongoing training to learn to generalize all learned skills across settings and people. The families learn to incorporate ABA strategies in their everyday routines and habits. We truly enjoy ABA supervision. It is so important to create a culture of promoting effective therapy. We are so happy to contribute to the community of behavior analysts. All of our staff receive free supervision consistent with the BACB standards. All of our staff are board certified, or will become so within three months of employment. We strive to provide the highest quality services to children.Mission Statement: Mountainside ABA was created to bring practical, positive behavior analysis treatment to individuals and families. Our emphasis is on quality and family inclusion.
