Welcome to Move At Your Desk.We have created a series of 2-3 minute videos that are designed to undo the negative impacts that prolonged sitting has on our bodies. There is a "LEARN" and a "DO" version of each video. The Learn Version instructs you on the correct form for each movement, while the Do Version lets you move along with us without the verbal instructions.These videos are designed such that:-You can do them at your desk without having to go someplace to workout.-They don't require special equipment, clothes or skills.-They can be done by people of all fitness levels and ages.-They take just minutes each day and can easily fit into everyone's work schedule.-And they help people to Sit Less and Move More.These videos will help to create the habit of movement throughout your day. If you have been sedentary for more than a half hour it is time get up and move.
