At Move Better Now we are using the Anat Baniel Method(TM) to help adults as well as children with special needs. Also, we are successfully combining Pilates and the Anat Baniel Method of Feldenkrais for the workouts on the Pilates equipment, making unbelievable transformations in our clients from natural pain relief and recovery to maximum performance.We are former owners of Pilates Family® studios in Bay Area. Several years ago we closed our local Pilates studios in order to focus on our family. We also have trained at a professional training in one of the leading-edge extensions of Feldenkrais, the Anat Baniel Method(TM).
