MOVE /NTO YOU is a 45 minute self-care practice, created for your body and emotions, using dance, journaling, breathing techniques and meditation. Every movement of this class is intentionally choreographed to work with the body and build emotional awareness and intelligence, in order to give you the strength to take on any situation, grounded in a knowing of who you are. Our three formats work with various self-care needs, our original format: RELEASE, was created for the stress and heavy emotions you experience throughout your days, that go unprocessed and become stored within the body. FLOW guides you through the celebration and understanding of the feel good emotions, in order to extend and bring them forward when you need. The final format, FREE, is a class designed to move you into your best and most authentic self by looking at the triggers and insecurities that hold you back.With every class you are guided through movements that open and stretch the areas of the body that hold onto the unprocessed feelings, prevent you from expressing your happier emotions, or keep you in contracted postures that make you feel small, instead of the empowered person you are. Regardless of the format, every class guides you back to the beautiful feeling of being you.
