Move2Live is devoted to two things that are important to me and my mental wellbeing: feeling comfortable to talk to mates about anything going on in life, and running. I've decided to turn these experiences into a social networking group that seeks to promote positive community connections and the benefits that social interactions and exercise can have on one's overall mental wellbeing. I use exercise as a way to clear my head and build self-confidence. It's not for everyone, but it might just be the very thing you are looking for. Having been close to someone who took his life recently, I have heard from friends within my circles of even more doing the same thing - particularly among the music crowd. I want to use Move2Live as an opportunity to offer a shoulder and possibly make a difference to people out there doing it tough. Please come and meet us at the Grace Emily Hotel, 232 Waymouth Street, Adelaide Wednesdays at 6pm for a run, a walk a chat and a cold beverage afterwards. You don't need any experience, there is no obligation and it's completely free. It is about using the opportunity to feel comfortable in knowing that there are people who care about you and are willing to listen. Rain, hail, or shine I'm making a commitment to myself and you and maybe I'll see you there - no pressure at all.
